Our delicate "CALM & DE-STRESS" candle has a soft sweet, floral and slightly powdery aroma that is ideal to use at times when you are looking for tranquility and calm. It is also perfect to turn on before going to sleep or at times when you want to connect with your most spiritual side.

Ingredients: 100% soy wax (Vegan friendly)

Scent: Floral, with notes of lavender and roses

Crystal : Amethyst (2 raw units).

Chakra: A jna or third eye (It is the sixth Chakra and is located in the area between the eyebrows).

★ CALM & DE-STRESS Ritual : Find a quiet space where you can calmly light your candle and connect with yourself. Relax your back and place your hands where you feel most comfortable (relaxed on your legs, on your heart...). Repeat within yourself or out loud the affirmation of this candle: "I am calm", I am clarity and calm or I feel calm with myself. Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth as you take in the sweet scent of the candle and gradually feel more relaxed. When you feel ready and the candle has melted sufficiently, carefully remove the crystals from the candle, taking care not to burn yourself. Hold the crystals in your hands whenever you want to awaken your spiritual side, connect with your intuition, and calm your mind.

☾ REMOVE THE CRYSTALS FROM THE CANDLE ONCE THE FIRST LAYER OF WAX HAS MELTED.

☾ We recommend you clean the crystals and charge them once you remove them from the candle.

Care of your candle:

• The first time you light the candle, allow the entire surface to melt completely.
• Once the most superficial layer of the wax melts, carefully remove the minerals.
• Do not light the candle more than 3 hours in a row.
  
• Don't relight the candle until the wax is completely solid.
• Trim the wick. Its ideal length is between 0.5 and 0.75 cm.
• Soy wax is sensitive to heat. Avoid exposing it directly to the sun or to a source of intense heat.
