Shungite Water Benefits

Shungite is said to have a "miraculous" effect on the human body, as it has been claimed to rejuvenate, protect, relieve pain and improve mood, although it is always best to try it for yourself.
How to make shungite water
- Use 100 grams of Shungite for every liter of water. Rinse and boil the Shungite for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, strain the water and rinse the Shungite again.
- Place them in the bottom of a glass container.
- Add a maximum of 1L of water and for a better result, let the Shungite water stand for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, your water will be ready to drink. Of course, I recommend you not to drink directly from the container to avoid any danger. Pour the water into a new glass and keep the Shungite in the container.
- Clean your Shungite again every 2 months and let it dry in the sun. If you want to clean it more often you can do it too.
- Replace your Shungite every 6 months.

Other uses
- You can water your plants with Shungite water. It is said that it benefits their growth.
- You can wash your face with Shungite water. Its daily use can improve the elasticity of your skin and give it luminosity.
- You can make Shungite baths. Add 400 to 500 grams of Shungite to your bathtub with hot water for 15-20 minutes and get ready to relax and enjoy the benefits of Shungite in your body.
Additional Instructions
- Do not store Shugita water in a plastic or metal container. Opt for a glass or ceramic container.
- You can drink 1 to 2 glasses of Shungite water a day, but if you prefer to detoxify your body, you can drink 3 to 4 glasses a day.
- You do not need to clean or charge the Shungite every time you make Shungite water. If, for example, you have finished your water during the day, simply fill your container before going to bed and in the morning, it will be ready to drink.
- Don't worry about the black color that the Shungite leaves. When it comes into contact with water, this color will disappear.
- Repeat the Shungite cleaning process every 2 months.
- Replace the Shungite every 6 months.
